The Sensormatic SlimPad Deactivator offers reliable deactivation for till points with limited space. The SlimPad automatically deactivates active AM EAS labels up to 15 cm (6 in) above its surface at a throughput speed of up to 200 cm/sec (80 in/sec). Its narrow design allows installation on either side of the scanner to help maintain the proper flow of products: first over the scanner, then over the deactivator. The optional Remote Alarm Module can be mounted almost anywhere at the till point. The alarm module provides audible and visual confirmations when active labels are detected and deactivated. The locking key feature within the alarm module prevents unauthorised use of the SlimPad when the point of sale is unattended. The deactivator can be integrated with the Sensormatic Shrink Management as a Service analytics platform, which offers device management and provides predictive insights to help retailers reduce shrink, optimise labour and increase sales.
